The first seminar in New Delhi on Creating Cultures of Excellence was held at the Assocham House. About 75 participants attended the seminar consisting primarily of corporate leaders and HRD professionals.

Most of them are members of 'Associated Chamber of Commerce & Industry'. The current President is Mr. Venugopal Dhoot, CMD of the Videocon group, which is one among the top brands in consumer electronics, attended along with about 15 to 20 CEOs or SVPs of reputed corporations. The Chairman of EICHER Motors, Mr. S. Sandilya, was also present.

Also invited were members of National HRD network, who are senior HRD professionals of the rank of Director HR / SVP HR, and members of the press.

End Result:

• Created an awareness among the senior executives on the scientific nature and basis of the TPI curriculum and education
• Showed them TPI’s successes and its world-wide applicability
• Demonstrated the effectiveness of the education in delivering an ROI by engaging the Human Capital of organisations and aligning it with business strategy.
