The seminar on Creating Cultures of Excellence was held within the campus of IIT-M. The event was co-presented by Madras Management Association (MMA), an apex body comprising business leaders and senior management executives from SMEs and large corporates. The President of MMA, Mr C K Ranganathan (Chairman & MD of CavinKare, one of India’s leading FMCG companies) and some members of its executive committee members were present along with the IIT Director and faculty, CEOs, and Senior Business Executives among the 125 participants.

At this seminar, Prof. Ananth released the Indian edition of Lou Tice’s book SMART TALK for which the professor had written the foreword.

End Result:

• Created awareness about The Pacific Institute and its products for the Indian market especially Corporate & Education sectors.
• Generated strong interest in IIX – Investment in Excellence, to be rolled out within the organizations.
