First ever PX2® Workshop in Chennai
A Workshop for Students on Effective Thinking & Unleashing Potential - "Path To Extreme Success (PX2®)" was conducted for the first time in Chennai, India. The participants included students from the city schools and colleges and representative from national and international youth bodies such as the AIESEC and Young Indians from the Confederation of Indian Industries.
This two-day workshop that aims at developing Youth Potential was conducted on the 20th & 21st of December 2008.
Anjali Pais, Head – TPI – COE, India based out of Chennai, facilitated this workshop for the students at the Gandhinagar Club, Adyar. This is the first ever PX2 workshop conducted in India. PX2 teaches students the art and science of goal setting, combined with a thorough understanding of how we think. PX2 promotes:
- Positive communication among family members
- Builds stronger relationships between parents and children, brothers and sisters, friends and teammates
- Open minded and flexible appraoch
- Creativity
- Accountability towards all aspects of life
Certificates were given away to all participants by Kris Arvind and Anjali Pais.

CGN AP participated in the CII’s 11 th National Summit on Quality in Education on 26 th and 27 th September 2008, Bangalore, India.
What are the yardsticks of educational quality and growth in today’s campuses? Through a series of lectures and discussions, the 11th National Summit on “Quality in Education” hosted by the Confederation of Indian Industries – Institute of Quality, delved into issues related to quality, excellence and employability in higher and school education.
The two-day summit was inaugurated, and the “CII framework for excellence in Education”, developed by the CII-IQ with 60 institutions across the country, was released on Friday at Bangalore.
CGN AP participated in this summit as an exhibitor and represented The Pacific Institute – India. Our CGN Asia pacific associates Anjali Pais and Preeti Upadhyaya volunteered themselves to make this a great success.
