Jay Sloan is a Senior Project Director at The Pacific Institute and is currently a military and international specialist. Jay has more than 30 years of professional experience in the US intelligence community, spending most of that time at the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA).

Jay has received numerous awards, including the prestigious Presidential Meritorious Executive Award, conferred by President Ronald Reagan, "for sustained superior accomplishments in the management of programs of the United States Government and for noteworthy achievement of quality and efficiency in the public service." At The Pacific Institute, Jay concentrates on assisting leaders achieve bold goals and organisational transformation in complex environments.

Ram Seshan has extensive experience that spans over 37 years in production & manufacturing operations, industrial products marketing, management information systems, process improvement, executive coaching and mentoring for senior executives and CFOs and corporate planning. Ram's extensive experience in the field of human capital management and his belief in The Pacific Institute's curricula make him a premier educator bringing excellence to individuals and organisations at all levels.

Ram has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and a degree in engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, India.

Suresh Kumar has over two decades of experience in Brand Marketing, Account Management, and Media Planning for many Indian and international companies. Suresh's passion however is teaching and he excels at teaching individuals and leaders the 'science of success' using The Pacific Institute's varied curricula.

Suresh has graduate and post-graduate degrees from the University of Madras and Anna Institute of Management in Physics, Psychology, and Marketing Management. He also has a Certificate in Marketing from the London School of Economics.

Betty Bonnett is a Senior Project Director and Master Facilitator with twenty years of experience with installing The Pacific Institute's curricula in organisations. Her body of work reaches across a broad spectrum of industries and includes private and public organisations of various sizes.

Betty excels in working with an organisation's leadership to accurately diagnose and target The Pacific Institute's education and consulting processes for optimal outcomes. Vidhatri Iyer is Customers Relations & Management with leading multi nationals in Bombay & Delhi. Her accredited facilitator of The Pacific Institute. She has over 15 years of experience in workshops are based on her study and practice the principles of behavioral sciences and popular management thoughts.

Vidhatri is also a certified trainer in Neuro Linguistic Programming from National Federation of Neuro Linguistic Psychology USA.

Anjali Pais is the Marketing & Business Development Manager for CGN besides being an accredited facilitator of TPI's flagship curriculum Investment in Excellence®. She brings with her experience spanning fields of retail, hospitality and FMCG. Besides facilitating and actively taking part in organizational development initiatives, she also focuses on the education sector of The Pacific Institute in India.

Anjali is an alumnus of The Loyola Institute of Business Administration - Chennai, where she completed her MBA with a dual specialization in Marketing & Human Resources. She completed her bachelor's degree in Commerce from Stella Maris College - Chennai.

Balchand Parayath brings with him over 34 years of work experience in Operations, IT and Business Consulting. He has worked with eminent brands like Madura Coats, Castrol and Satyam at senior levels. He has also worked on secondment in UK, Austria, Turkey and Germany.

Balchand Parayath is a graduate in Chemical Engineering with a post graduate degree in Business Administration, specializing in Operations. He has attended Advanced Management Development programs conducted by IIM Ahmedabad and McQuarrie Institute of Management, Sydney.

Ashok Aiyar is a Chennai based Communication Consultant. A graduate in Economics from Madras University, he has more than 30 years of experience in Marketing and HR. He has diverse experience having worked with International companies like Bose Corporation, Framingham-USA, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines & Gaitonde Group in Chennai. She is the co-founder of ekala.org (a non-profit entity) that matches willing donors with emergent needs.
