Cultural Alignment Process
Description: A two-part, confidential survey tool that measures and graphically represents your organization’s current culture and “ideal” culture, pointing out the gaps requiring attention to successfully impact opportunities and challenges; the report can be viewed for various departments, divisions, locations, or levels within an organization for benchmark and goal-setting purposes; on-site debrief presentation for leadership plus detailed final report.
End Results: Statistical analysis provides a culture “gap analysis”, allowing specific, tangible, measurable areas in which to focus culture transformation intervention and to track progress between measurement periods. It uncovers the attitudes behind levels of motivation, job satisfaction, and productivity and provides exceptional guidance for customizing all TPI facilitations.
Participation: Cross-section of the organization - minimum of 33%.
Recommended Schedule: Current and re-survey in 18 months.

Leadership
Alignment Process®
Description: A measurement survey tool for managers and leaders. Provides selected managers with scientific measurement, constructive feedback, and directions for change in their leadership impact on those whose work they most directly influence.
End Results: Survey results form basis for systematic process designed to help leaders become more constructive and thus have greater impact on others' performance. The process guides leaders to understand their impact on others, set goals for personal and organizational effectiveness, and identify changes in their leadership strategies in order to optimize their leadership effectiveness.
Each manager's "impact" is examined from the framework of how he/she has impact on others' performance by evaluating the current impact in twelve different styles with the ideal blend of styles the leader would want to achieve. He/she is also evaluated on effectiveness in leading others through: role modeling, providing feedback, creating vision, mentoring, influencing, stimulating thinking, monitoring, reinforcing, and creating an atmosphere for achievement. A comprehensive written report is supported with personal, confidential coaching to analyze the gaps between the feedbacks on current style from others versus the leader's ideal. Coaching culminates in an action plan "with affirmations"-a set of goals for change necessary for the leader to approach his/her ideal.
Participation: Senior leadership, plus selected managers throughout the organization.
