Investment in Excellence® (IIX®) - Our Flagship Corporate Curriculum

Description: A modular, 33-unit program with a strong emphasis on personal growth through a seminar environment designed for reflection, insights, discussion, goal-setting, new commitments and building belief in strengths to affect change in oneself, family, organization, and community. IIX® is a performance-enhancement program, using field-tested principles from the cognitive sciences. Facilitation will be customized to "anchor" an organization's growth and change issues.

End Results: Immediate and lasting increase in self and group efficacy; positive approaches to change; participants impacted as a "whole person" and are delighted with the "gift" for their personal life and family. This session will increase efficacy, option thinking, teaming and collaboration, personal and team accountability, internal motivation and resiliency amid continuous change, and constructive leadership thinking and behavior. IIX® also enhances existing skills-based training by providing an understanding of the thinking process and how it affects the hundreds of decisions made on the line every day.

IIX-G® - Our Curriculum for Students and Young Professionals

Description: Based on the highly successful IIX® corporate curriculum, this program translates some of the same material for a younger audience.

End Results: Increase in students' overall efficacy and ability to think and affect positive change in their personal lives.

IIX® Audio Assimilation Program

Description: A self-paced, self-study audio program with comprehensive study guide and audio CDs. Engaging program features short teaching segments from Lou Tice.

End Results: Internalizes the IIE and TPSC concepts; enhances concept relevance to daily application; supports the process and sustainability of personal change and corporate culture shift.

IIX-Today® - Desktop Program

Description: An interactive Windows-based desktop application designed to provide the personal mastery elements of TPI's flagship Investment in Excellence® program in an engaging, easy-to-use multimedia format. The application is designed to increase sustainability of Investment in Excellence® by enabling users to stay connected to the critical concepts and processes that are delivered in IIX® or IIX-G® facilitated programs. The application includes an interactive balance wheel, electronic journaling, and an affirmation builder designed to help build powerful impactful affirmations to speed the personal development and growth process. There are a variety of additional resources built in to the application including Unit Summaries, helpful vocabulary definitions, quick-start guidelines and 12 audio assimilation units.

End Results: Improved retention of IIX® concepts, faster roll-out of IIX® content over large populations, availability for those who cannot attend a facilitated program, assistance with personal implementation of IIX® processes and detailed reference for TPI content and processes once the facilitated programs are complete.

Investment in Leadership® (IIL®) - Our Unique Value Proposition for Your Organization

Description: The “Investing in Leadership®” workshop gives you an overview of the TPI curriculum and tools and the kind of results we will be able to achieve together as partners. It also immerses you in the first 2 days of our flagship program “Investment In Excellence®” which will engage you professionally and personally, giving a new perspective to both your work and life and thereby enabling you to understand and move towards developing yourself as a causative and efficacious leader. The program combines facilitated workshop with periods of self evaluation supported by engaging interactive learning materials.

Foundations of Management® (FOM®) - Equipping Leadership

Description: CGN’s Foundations of Management® workshop enables participants to focus on the ‘people’ aspect of management and supervision; increase their understanding and gain insight into the range of skills & competencies that underline people management, and dramatically improve their effectiveness and relationships at work.

End Results: Participants discover that they have a great deal of control over their own activities. The approach of this inter-active workshop is situation / individual specific in order to maximize participant's learning experience and be able to confront new challenges and work with such change management methodologies.
