Kris Arvind

Kris is the co-founder and Managing Director of The Pacific Institute (TPI) in India (a CGN initiative) and has extensive experience as an efficacious facilitator of TPI's widely successful curriculum, Investment in Excellence®, helping individuals and organizations worldwide achieve tremendous growth and success.
Kris has over thirteen years experience in Professional Services and Management Consulting with an emphasis in manufacturing, automotive, and financial services industries. He has worked with large Fortune 50 organizations in areas as diverse as organizational vision building, change management, complexity reduction, business simulation and value analysis, portfolio/project management, and process improvement, while delivering millions of dollars of cost savings.
Kris is an alumnus of the Kellogg School of Management Executive Program at Northwestern University and has degrees in management and engineering from Michigan Tech University, USA and Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane, Australia. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and a certified IS project manager from the American Management Association (AMA).
Kris is dedicated to improving the "human condition" within businesses and communities he lives and works with, and runs a non-profit organization with his wife that is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of the poor and the needy.

Ram Seshan

Mr. Seshan is a veteran with extensive experience that spans over 37 years in production and manufacturing operations, industrial products marketing, management information systems, process improvement, and corporate planning. He has worked in, and with, multiple large corporations in automotive ancillary, engineering, thermal power, chemicals, manufacturing, and financial services.
Mr. Seshan has worked in the field of human capital management, as a senior executive educator and coach, and in implementing process improvement solutions for many of India's large corporations. As part of The Pacific Institute - India, Mr. Seshan will guide the organization's strategy and growth including the growth of its key government practice.
Mr. Seshan has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management in Ahmedabad and a degree in engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, India.

Suresh Kumar

Mr. Kumar has over two decades of experience in Brand Marketing, Account Management, and Media Planning across a varied range of products and services for companies ranging from small, regional ventures to large companies, with specific focus on new product strategy development and integrated marketing communications.
Mr. Kumar is also passionate about teaching and is guest faculty for Product Management & Brand Marketing Communications at Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA) for MBA & Executive diploma management programs in Chennai, India.
Mr. Kumar has graduate and post-graduate degrees from the University of Madras and Anna Institute of Management in Physics, Psychology, and Marketing Management. He also has a Marketing Certificate from the London School of Economics.

Seshadri Guha

Mr. Guha is President & Founding Partner of CGN & Associates, Inc. His focus includes setting corporate strategy and organizational development within CGN. Mr. Guha also works with clients and business leaders to identify trends and potential solution scenarios for industry issues. His areas of interest include competitive strategy, business processes and organizational alignment, technology architecture strategy, and business modeling for strategies and solutions. For the last 15 years, he has served several Fortune 50 companies in the automotive and heavy manufacturing sector.
Before founding CGN, Mr. Guha was director of the Advanced Computing Technologies Group at Automated Analysis Corporation (AAC), an engineering consulting organization. He was responsible for the development and implementation of group strategy; and his contributions allowed it to become one of the most successful software organizations in the engineering domain.
Mr. Guha is an alumnus of the Kellogg Management Institute Program at Northwestern University and the Executive Program on Engineering Management from the Krannert School of Business at Purdue University. He also received an MS in Engineering from Iowa State University and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Madras.

Merle Rocke

Mr. Rocke is Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer at CGN with more than 35 years of experience with a variety of major companies in a variety of industries as well as with the U.S. military. This hands-on experience includes projects and assignments in manufacturing operations, materials, inventory management, information technology, finance and accounting, marketing, sales, product support, distribution operations, logistics engineering, business research, corporate planning, resource development and contract logistics services. He is a recognized leader in change management based on 6 Sigma processes and is certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) by the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS). He is a long-time member of the Council of Logistics Management (CLM) and Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP).
Prior to joining CGN, Mr. Rocke was President/CEO of M. G. Rocke & Associates following leadership roles with TNT Logistics North America, SPL SOFTWARE ALLIANCE, and Caterpillar Logistics Services, Inc.
Mr. Rocke received his BS in Business Administration from the University of Illinois and has a Certificate in Production and Inventory Management from the American Production and Inventory Control Society. He also has received 6 Sigma Black Belt Training from Caterpillar University.
